2. Using this website

You may use this website to browse and to buy products for your own use. Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably need to, for example for maintenance or security.

3. Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately, using information from the manufacturer and our own checks. Images are for illustration, and colours may look different on different screens. Please check the model number, dimensions and specifications before you order. If you are unsure whether a product suits your needs or fits your space, contact us before you buy.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, before you confirm your order. Prices may change from time to time, but a price change will not affect an order we have already accepted. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we will tell you if this happens.

5. Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you as soon as we can, and offer you an alternative or a full refund.

6. Orders and contract formation

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. The confirmation email we send acknowledges that we have received your order; it is not acceptance of it.
• A contract between you and us is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
• We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods shown there. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we do not store your full card details.

8. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within an estimated 5–8 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. The goods are at your risk once delivered to you.

9. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You have legal rights to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, and to return goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-Day Return Policy. We normally process eligible refunds within 10 days, without affecting any shorter legal deadline. All of this is explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Faulty products

We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have rights to a refund, repair or replacement, or a price reduction under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 11. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including the Kitchvero name, logo, page design, text and images that we own or are licensed to use, is protected by intellectual property laws. Brand names and logos of manufacturers belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available but cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for delays or failures outside our reasonable control.

13. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity if you use the goods for business purposes.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this website when you placed it.

16. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. Nothing here affects your legal right to rely on the mandatory consumer protection law of the place where you live.
