Most appliances are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty. This page explains where to find your warranty details and how to get help from Kitchvero with a product.
Manufacturer warranties
Warranty length and terms are set by the manufacturer and differ between brands and models. The terms for your appliance are provided by the manufacturer with the product. Where a product page mentions a warranty, it reflects the manufacturer’s information for that model. If you need to confirm warranty terms before ordering, please contact us.
Your statutory rights
A manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your legal rights as a consumer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods you buy must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Our Returns & Refunds information explains what to do if a product is faulty.
Getting help with a product
- Check the instruction manual and the manufacturer’s troubleshooting guidance.
- If the problem continues, contact us with your order number, the product name and model, and a short description of the problem. A photo or video is helpful.
- We will tell you the next steps.
